Description

BW-250 mud pump The reciprocating mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump.

The pump has two liners and four speeds.

The large bore (medium 80mm) can be used as supporting equipment for a 300m large hole drilling rig. The small bore ( 65mm) can be used as supporting equipment for 400 meter drilling rigs.

Both liner diameters have four displacements, which can be used for different hole diameters and hole depths.
The pump adopts advanced structure and new materials at home and abroad, with reliable performance, long service life of wearing parts, small size, light weight, good disassembly and easy relocation.

It is used in geological drilling to supply flushing fluid (mud or clean water) to cool drilling tools to dilute clay, mud and circulation. It is also used to supply flushing fluid when drilling downhole in coal mine tunnel drilling rigs. Cooling drill for chip removal.
